I am surprised this was published in the Atlantic. I believe both masturbation and homosexuality are primarily diseases of modern life and a disconnection from nature.

Yeah she's definitely putting in the usual liberal disclaimers - and I am sure gays are going to go nuts about it - and I suspect the original researchers eventually forced to retract if it gets enough exposure.
