Does anyone know if you can hire a company to deal with health insurance companies that aren't giving you the answers you need or the money that they owe you? I honestly can't deal with these people anymore. They don't respond to my emails. Their support staff works at home with dogs barking in the background and doesn't follow up with you when they're supposed to. At this stage, I'm done with it and just want to hire someone else to deal with these people for me.
