Delete all or stop using it. Don't even look at women('s parts) nor anything remotely suggestive. I know it is hard and natural for us men, but the continuous struggle, if successful, will render you holier and holier.

Nudes are haram anyways, so I don't get the question. It's degenerate and degrading yourself as well as your girlfriend/wife. If you fornicate or have matrimonial sess then you already know what she looks naked. I believe nofap only counts if you don't fornicate as well, since fornication is a worse disease than self-pollution to some degree.
i wasn't talking about what people on no fap should do. i was talking about if laws were made to "ban porn" then it would be ambiguous

Execute producers and ban all kinds of pornography. Nudity can be exempted from censorship if it is exalting art, such as the birth of Venus and the like.
execute? i'm pretty sure that isn't just considering they didn't knowingly break a law. plus the death penalty is too harsh. what about life imprisonment

its easy for you to type radical solutions behind a computer screen but when it comes to practical solutions that could possibly be implemented you dont seem to have any

I've taken the step of blocking the ability to watch porn at my home via my network settings and controls on my phone. This helps to get over the hump of desire to watch.

I truly believe, at least for me, that this is the vice I need to conquer to be a better man, every single time I falter I feel so down. Whenever an urge comes, I've started to do pushups and read a book.

lmao, "mr4chan"?

i've actually never used that site tbh. ded srs

anyway, your ideas of executing every person who's ever made porn will never happen. it is possible that in the future they will start to ban porn, but to enforce the death penalty on people who did not break the law? will never happen

I tried prayer a million times. I thought God had abandoned me when the urges would kick in again.

But porn cravings are something else entirely. And they are artificial.

Example: It doesn't help you deal with stress of life. The urges for porn actually CREATE the stress that you seek to relieve.

Once this idea fully "clicks", you no longer have to keep running away from it.

If all porn addicts understand this. There is no need of nofap groups ,as they are just running away from it.

The biggest approach with this issue (something I used to do myself), is that porn still remains as a forbidden fruit.

Sort of like chocolate that you keep out of reach of a kid.

But real freedom lies when you understand that porn isn't like chocolate. It is poison. Not even sweet poison. Just bitter poison.

I ended up writing this in the form of a short ebook which you can get on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P3MCT4G.
