As much as I respect Denzel's devotion to Christianity as an older man, when he was young and famous, he was known for repeatedly cheating on his wife, who despite everything, stayed with him (but then he was a rich and famous alpha, who in his own flawed way, did love her).  Denzel was smart in marrying someone who was not an actress, with all the accompanying baggage!</blockquote>
