I think it's impressive the store owner got shot and help on swinging. Adrenalin can carry you through an extra five minutes, but now he'll be in a hospital for the next two weeks.

The guy who shot him is facing attempted murder. He tried to take his life. At the point you can whatever the fuck you want to him.
