Woke Military

So, in light of two Aegis destroyers running into gigantic merchant ships, that metallurgist lady who thought Navy standards for crush depth were 'stupid,' Connecticut plowing into a sea mount and losing its sonar dome, and some disgruntled 19 year-old washout doing what no other nation has been able to accomplish - render what is essentially a medium aircraft carrier of the United States Navy (Bonehomme Richard) scrap metal, its clearly time to focus on the important matters at hand - bullying and gender inclusion.

If I ran a boat rental outfit like the US Navy, I'd be shut down in 30 days.

Decent very brief summary of the issue from Warrior Poet Society (whose content I recommend), nothing new to any of us here but a good explanation of what's going on to share with normies:

The Defense Department has quietly begun looking into how it can allow troops whose gender identity is nonbinary to serve openly in the military, three advocates familiar with the situation told Military.com.

The Pentagon has asked the Institute for Defense Analyses, or IDA, which operates federally funded research centers, to study the issue, said the advocates, one of whom requested anonymity to disclose a sensitive topic.

...

It is unclear exactly how long the research has been going on, but SPARTA, an advocacy group for transgender troops, put researchers in touch with several nonbinary service members this month.

SPARTA President Bree Fram, an Air Force lieutenant colonel, likened the effort to the study the Pentagon asked Rand Corp. to conduct in 2015 before lifting the ban on transgender people serving in the military.

"Speaking with non-binary troops and defense officials to understand what regulation changes may be necessary is a great first step," Fram said in a statement to Military.com. "We are hopeful this will allow non-binary individuals to serve authentically and realize their full potential in the military."

...

If policies are changed to allow nonbinary troops to serve openly, it would be the latest move to make the military more inclusive for LGBTQ people.

It's been just over a decade since the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," the law that banned open service by gay, lesbian and bisexual troops.

In 2016, the Obama administration lifted a ban on transgender troops. Former President Donald Trump reinstated the ban in 2019, but President Joe Biden lifted it last year shortly after taking office.

...

"The opponents to nonbinary service, just like they did for Don't Ask, Don't Tell and just like they did for Obama's transgender policy, they're going to insist that implementation is so complicated and so hard, in fact it's so complicated that it can't be done. That's complete bull----," Belkin said. "Implementation is not complicated. Period, full stop. The military could easily pull this off tomorrow. It would not be a big deal."

I hope I can remember some of these tidbits to tell my grandkids one day when they ask why the American Empire ceased to exist.

On the verge of war with Russia too. Amazing timing.

The fact that they are considering it and not laughing their asses off versus this just being clickbait (military.com has been putting out nothing but propaganda the last couple of years) is very telling of the institutions. I still don't even know what (((non-binary))) is, nor would I care to learn what some delusional schizoid freak thinks it is. If you are in the service, they will expect you to (((tolerate))) it against everything you've been taught otherwise. Just keep calling it demonic and satanic, there's no other thing it could be.

TLDR: An anonymous source within the AF special operations community recently blew the whistle on how an unqualified female airman was pushed through their special tactics officer training program. Essentially, even after failing and/or voluntarily quitting multiple times she was allowed to retry with lower standards.

She quits during a water con session -

The female airman began Phase II of special tactics officer training in 2018, a weeklong process to decide who gets to start years of formal special tactics courses.

The special tactics instructor who spoke to Air Force Times, but did not author the letter, backed the complaint in an interview.

The instructor was there for a water confidence session in which the female candidate allegedly gave up during her first attempt at Phase II.

...

During a nighttime water con session, the female candidate got out of the pool and quit, saying she felt she was holding her team back, the instructor told Air Force Times.

“It was a huge deal,” he recalled. “All of the cadre got called into a room to discuss what happened.”

After talking with a senior instructor, she was allowed to continue training with the rest of the Phase II candidates.

She fails during their 'monster mash' where they are expected to flip a tire over as a team -

At another point, candidates had to complete a timed 8-mile march with weighted rucksacks. The woman finished on time, the instructor said, but struggled on the “monster mash” portion at the end, which involved flipping a large tire as a team.

She just physically couldn’t flip the tire,” the instructor said. “The team handed her a kettlebell and she just kind of walked behind the team for the rest of the iteration.”

Despite these failures she is allowed to come back for phase II the next year where she once again quits during one of the training exercises. TPTB then allow her to do a more "relaxed" (ie, easier) version of the course:

The author alleged that during a course to prepare airmen to learn how to dive in combat, held at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, the female candidate gave up while in the pool and was sent back to Hurlburt.

There she was allowed to attend … a more relaxed version of the pre-dive course, despite the course officially being run in Texas by the 350th [Special Warfare Training Squadron],” the letter claimed. “She completed the special pre-dive course at the [Special Tactics Training Squadron] in Hurlburt Field and then continued on with the pipeline.”

Following this she once again "self-eliminates" during a land navigation exercise:

The candidate left for Combat Control School at Pope Army Airfield in North Carolina in spring 2021, according to the letter. CCS is known as the toughest and most technical part of the special tactics pipeline.

There, the author claimed, the airman pulled herself out of a solo land navigation event in which trainees are tasked with using a map and compass to find their way to multiple points in the woods. Documentation of this was also provided to Air Force Times. Course records showed the female officer self-eliminated but was marked as able to return.

“When a self-elimination occurs, the student is typically returned to their previous duty assignment and either reclassified by the Air Force or given the option to separate from the military,” the letter said. “She was presented very different circumstances.”

Following is a link to the anonymous letter that's been circulating online authored by someone within the AFSOC community who chose to blow the whistle on all of this -

There will be zero accountability except against the whistle blower.

That's been my experience with these sort of things... Especially regarding poor female performance compared to males.

Yeah, I believe you - if they find out who authored the anonymous letter it will be that person who will be getting punished, not the higher ups who pushed this woman through for political reasons. The Air Force Special Operations Command boss Lt. Gen. Jim Slife insinuated that it was the whistle blower who was the problem:

While AFSOC doesn’t know the author’s identity, Slife chastised the anonymous writer for singling out the female trainee through “abusive bullying and vindictive harassment.”

“I am simply left profoundly disappointed someone in our community would treat a fellow airman in this fashion,” Slife wrote. “To the author of the anonymous email and those who share the same perspective, please know it is you who haven’t met our standards.

This is Slife. Physiognomy confirmed. Anonymous Conservative would call him a degenerate homosexual based on the especially pronounced nasolabial lines on his face.

I miss when military men looked like this:

He would have personally met with the personnel who pushed the woman through and then personally, with his own bare hands, beat them to a bloody pulp, and then have them court martialed.
Just looking at Patton's medals compared to this thing's:

3 times bigger. Guess which one was a military genius and helped win a World War?

Patton looks like you want to obey an order given by him. You certainly would not want him angry at you. This other clown he just makes you want to slap him. It would take an Herculean effort of will not to laugh at him if he gave an order.

US Army Guerrilla Warfare Exercise To Target "Freedom Fighters"

The two week “unconventional warfare exercise” will take from from Jan. 22-Feb. 4 on privately owned land in a remote location which remains unknown.

“Called Robin Sage, the exercise serves as a final test for Special Forces Qualification Course training and it places candidates in a politically unstable country known as Pineland,” reports the Charlotte Observer.
“These military members act as realistic opposing forces and guerrilla freedom fighters, also known as Pineland resistance movement,” said the the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center.
Information about the exercise was provided to the media in a bid to avoid civilians confusing the drills with actual terrorist attacks or warfare, which has happened before.

“It will be realistic enough to include the sounds of gunfire (blanks) and flares,” said the center.
As Chris Menahan notes, a similar Robin Sage exercise in 2019 showed resistance fighters displaying a flag that says “liberty.”

“They could tell these soldiers they’re battling the Chinese, Russians, Iranians, North Koreans or other foreign enemies but instead they have them training to kill “freedom fighters” with “Liberty” flags,” writes Menahan.
The exercise will do little to dampen concerns that the Biden administration is launching a de facto ‘domestic war on terror’ targeting patriots and Trump supporters.

This is the Robin Sage exercise from the Special Forces Qualification course, it's been going on 2-3x a year for decades. Nothing new
Beat me to it. This is click bait.

The troops waving the don't tread on me flags are probably laughing about how stupid their roles are in the roleplay and how they'd like to be at the barracks drinking bud light and doing PFC nefarious activities like getting into a drunken brawl with the unit barracks across the street, pissing off the duty NCO, and general revelry... NOT thinking "those patriot militias are a threat to America"

Zero hedge is being a little disingenuous here though they are usually pretty on point.

Playing Opfor and screwing with people was usually a good time. For Robin Sage they bring in civilians to take part too (actually a sad incident a few years ago where a cop shot and killed a candidate).
